How It Works

Work Flow

Visitor Arrival

When a visitor arrives at the gate or reception area, your representative, equipped with the integrated mobile app, will assist the visitor in the check-in process.

Check-In Process

The representative or visitor will enter the visitor's information into the mobile app, including their name, purpose of visit, and contact details. The representative may also capture a photo or snap of the visitor using the app for identification purposes.

Notification and Visibility

Once the visitor's information is recorded, the app will instantly notify the designated host executive or relevant personnel about the visitor's arrival. The host executive and other authorized personnel can access the visitor's details and track their whereabouts through the mobile app or a web-based dashboard.

The host executive or other executives in the campus can provide specific instructions or additional information through the app to ensure a smooth visitor experience. This could include instructions for the host executive, kitchen staff, security personnel, or welfare executives regarding the visitor's preferences, special needs, or any other relevant details.
